Join this webinar as we dive into the important role advocacy plays in creating more inclusivity for LGBTQIA+ team members. We will discuss:  

• Key barriers faced by LGBTQIA+ community members in and out of the workplace. 
• Moving beyond “armchair allyship.”  
• Creating safe workspaces that help develop a sense of belonging for LGBTQIA+ colleagues.  
• Being conscious of intersectionality and proactive about inclusion.
