  • Inclusive experiences are connected with numerous benefits for employees and employers.
  • Fewer than half the employees we surveyed reported having positive experiences of inclusion.
  • Employees have unique experiences with inclusion depending on their social identities, highlighting an opportunity for managers to improve their own inclusive leadership skills.
