What US employees expect from their organizations

In the wake of the US Supreme Court overturn of Roe v. Wade, employees and organizational leaders are grappling with shifting needs and expectations.

To understand what US employees want, Catalyst commissioned The Harris Poll to survey 1,200 working adults. We found that the Supreme Court decision is having a profound impact in the workplace, especially for younger employees. Organizational leaders striving to retain key talent should pay attention to these findings as they make high-stakes decisions that affect employees’ reproductive choices.
