But it can be hard to judge what the best course of action is amid so much uncertainty. Catalyst suggests shaping an approach around the Values, Open, Close (VOC) Framework. Through countless individual and group conversations with global HR and inclusion leaders in the United States, Canada, and EMEA, we have both shared the framework and learned exactly how different organizations are implementing it. In almost all of these conversations, leaders express a desire to know what their peers are doing.
