Lorraine Hariton Congratulates the 2020 Catalyst Award Winners
After monitoring the growing concerns around COVID-19, and after much deliberation, we made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Catalyst Awards Conference and Dinner.
Catalyst has held its Conference and Awards Dinner continuously since 1987.
True to our values, we are taking a safer, virtual approach to showcase our Award winners. Beginning today and continuing over the next few weeks and months, Catalyst is rolling out new content and virtual collaboration opportunities to honor and learn from our Award winners, Deloitte, Medtronic, and Unilever.
On behalf of the entire Catalyst community, I congratulate these visionary companies and all their employees who made these initiatives a reality. Our 2020 Award winners—Deloitte, Medtronic and Unilever—represent what great looks like: commitment and intentionality at the top, measurement and accountability, and cultural change that disrupts bias and inequity at every level.
The initiatives from these three companies provide a road map of how to build inclusive workplaces and inspire each of us to continue our own journey.
Human capital is more critical than ever. The ability to manage remote teams inclusively is no longer an optional competency. Catalyst is committed to sharing our knowledge and impactful solutions to help our Supporters navigate this new reality. We hope to make this the most meaningful Catalyst Awards ever.
