The first step to ensure equity and diversity in an organization is measurement, but this can be challenging, and even more so in a global context. What are the appropriate numbers to measure? How do you define and measure diversity, as many countries have laws or restrictions on data collection?
Watch to learn how to structure an approach that leads to a fairer and more equitable environment for all employees. We will explore what companies are measuring and the regulatory landscape. We highlight a highly successful approach from a multinational accounting firm. Our panelists include Marie Konstance, project lead for the Gender and Diversity KPI Alliance (GDKA), who discuss how corporations are measuring pay and representation in their talent pipeline. Allyson Zimmermann, Executive Director for Catalyst’s operations in EMEA, and Emma Codd, Global Inclusion Leader for Deloitte, who share insights on Deloitte’s approach to measurement, which worked to ensure fairness but was cognizant of local regulations across EMEA and respectful of employees’ concerns for privacy.
