Tata Motors is continuously developing its focus to address the needs of diverse employees, including working women. The company recently formed a Diversity Council at apex and unit levels, which is tasked with increasing gender diversity in the organization through various initiatives and actions. Leadership tracks the results of these activities to measure progress and take corrective action.
With the goal of attracting and retaining all employees, Tata Motors’s activities and programs fall into five categories: Work Facilities, Work-Life Benefits and Policies, Drivers of Employee Engagement, Education and Career Development, and Reward and Recognition.
