MARC Leaders Immersive Workshop
This 1.5-day experiential learning workshop will inspire directors through senior executives to stand up for gender equity and advocate for real change. Guided by a skilled cross-gender facilitator pair, participants will develop a more visceral understanding of the dynamics and implications of gender inequity, practice skills to proactively challenge exclusionary dynamics, and commit to building more effective gender partnerships. Thousands of leaders from companies across the globe have already attended this transformational workshop.

MARC Executive Dialogue
In this session, executives will focus on enhancing their leadership skills and credibility as they build organizational equity and inclusion. Through interactive dialogue, they will expand their case for gender equity and come away with a nuanced understanding of the root causes of the challenges they face. By reflecting on their individual leadership roles, they will deepen their awareness of both the responsibility and the opportunity they have as executives. In addition, the group members commit to holding one another accountable for achieving sustainable culture change.
Audience: C-suite executives (CEO and direct reports)
Format: In-person or virtual
Duration: 4 hours
Number of Participants: 15–25
MARC Leadership Learning Series
The MARC Leadership Learning Series is comprised of three-virtual workshops complemented by three self-guided learning modules featuring expert insights from The MARC Summit. These sessions engage leaders (Directors and above) in a series of facilitated virtual workshops interspersed with self-guided learning, designed to deepen understanding, enhance gender partnership and inclusive leadership skills, and promote advocacy for gender equity. Discussions will provide participants an opportunity to create personal connections to topics of gender conditioning, privilege, healthy masculinity, and more.
Audience: Director level and above
Format: Virtual
Duration: Three, 3-hour facilitated workshops and Three, 1.5-hour self-guided learning modules
Number of Participants: 25-30 people
MARC Dialogue Teams
Self-led teams of employees from any and all areas and levels of the organizations gather monthly to discuss a progression of topics, with a specific focus on engaging men and gender partnerships. Catalyst provides an agenda and other supporting materials for each meeting. Year one introduces foundational concepts around personal barriers to inclusion; in year two, participants support one another as they commit to ongoing learning and advocacy that sustains a culture of inclusion and equity. Prior to launch, companies are required to complete at least one MARC Leaders Immersive workshop or MARC Executive Dialogue workshop in the relevant region(s).
Audience: Employees across all levels
Format: In-person or virtual
Duration: Two 1-year cycles of 10 monthly 1-hour meetings
Number of Participants: 7–10 per team; unlimited number of teams
MARC Managers
This interactive virtual workshop enables managers and mid-level employees to reflect on their unique role and contribution to advancing equity and inclusion. Participants will gain increased awareness of men’s role as advocates and explore the impact they can have as managers. They will build skills to communicate more inclusively and learn tangible actions that promote effective gender partnership.

Format: Virtual
Duration: 4 hours
Number of Participants: 25–40
MARC Foundations
This online course provides employees of all levels with a compact introduction to MARC and the topic of gender partnership. Participants will explore key concepts around men’s role in gender equity and workplace inclusion. This includes building their awareness of the crucial role men play, how men benefit, and the key barriers and enablers to active engagement. They will reflect on what actions can be taken by individuals and organizations to foster advocacy and advance equity and inclusion.
Audience: Employees across all levels
Format: Virtual, self-paced
Duration: Three 30-minute sessions
Number of Participants: Unlimited
MARC Alumni Learning and Engagement
