Lauren Pasquarella Daley, PhD was Vice President, Head of Product Partnership and Innovation Lead, Women and the Future of Work Initiative, where she led the organization-wide Women and the Future of Work strategic initiative for Catalyst. In this role, Lauren led all aspects of program management for our Future of Work learning solutions, including business development, relationship management, and product marketing, and coordinated our future of work efforts across multiple departments.

Lauren served as Catalyst’s subject matter expert on women and the future of work, developing the key priority areas which position women at the forefront of changes and where organizations can leverage inclusive workplaces to build a more equitable future of work. She led cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge research and knowledge products, created holistic end-to-end solutions around women and future of work, and convened communities of thought leaders.

In previous roles at Catalyst, Lauren worked in the Development team with future of work donors and in the Research/Information Center ensuring that Catalyst research is accurate and credible.

Prior to joining Catalyst, Lauren worked in university career services, where she was involved in researching, speaking, teaching, and counseling students on career development and equity concerns.
